Draft Plate Stuck

The pins that hold the draft plate to the frame on my 210 are stuck I have tried pb blast also a punch and hammer and hasn't budged any idea before I cut it off

Heat on the sliders then soak with PB.

can you remove the roll pin part #2 from the pin fastener #1

than you should be able to pull the pin fastener out

remove the rust that has build up on the pin fasteners ( both side ) and grease them before you put them back together
