I do not have a complete working lift for this tractor. If someone would, give me the travel distance of the lift itself. I have an idea to make this a hydraulic lift, but need to know if any cylinders I have would work for it.

I put a lift on a Craftsman GT5000,Used an old trim motor and cylinders off a boat...works like a charm, with the box blade mounted it will pick up the back end of the machine with calcium filled tires. will also pick me up when I stand on it(225lbs)

I have that setup. And a GM style power steering pump. Just need to see how much travel there was in the original lift. The trim cylinders I have are about an 8" stroke. But I have a couple 4" stroke from Ford tractors and valves!

Still looking for the stroke length for an electric lift on this 1450. I have tiller parts coming and would like to know how to set up a lift on here.
