If those rears aren't completely worn down they are worth the price for the entire machine!!!!!!!!!!!  Good score for $100

Nothing a set of tubes wont cure, my neighbor gave me a set like that.  said they would not hold air, I put tubes in there and have been using them since.  Get it cleaned up and enjoy!!!!!!!  Don't forget to post pics.

Variable speed didn't work well when I bought it so with about 10 minutes of adjustment is works great!

Repainting may offend those who like a perfect  " patina "  . That probably does not apply here .  But  - I am not good on fuel issues either    :poke:

Nice find.

I just picked up an HB112 for $100.00 yesterday.  Not sure of the difference between 112 and 212.

The HB112 came with front and rear cast iron weights, new turf tires on back, snow chains, spring loaded snow plow, hydro lift and original headlights.  Great deal and she runs beautifully.  Minor drip from transmission, needs a battery, AC logo missing from grill and she has been painted blue but nothing a little work wont fix.  :)

Congrats on the find.  I wish mine came with the orignal seat but no big deal.
