I'm in the middle of rescuing a tired 1250.  Making progress, but I need some idea of how the throttle cable is routed on production units.  This tractor had no throttle cable when I rescued it.

Any help (hopefully a few pictures) would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

In the last pic I am showing how I keep the mice from building nest in the flywheel housing.

Thank you very much for taking the trouble to take these pictures and post.

Looks like you've solved the mouse problem too.

Thanks again.

Deerlope,,,  Was wondering if you think that is the only place that they can get in..???   Neet Idea..  I'll have to look into that on my 14 hp wisconsin...I store my 1477 out side,, up-north.. and every time I go there I have to clean out a nest before I start a fire, or overheat the motor...

My 1455 and 1250 are both stored where there are mice and since my rebuilds I have not had any mouse problems after using the hardware cloth. Take a look all the way round to see what you think.
