I went and took pictures of a fellow collector's collection of garden tractors and crawlers and I thought I'd share them.  I posted them on my website, so I'll just give the link to it.  There are a lot of pictures on there, too many to take the time to upload to GTTalk.  I hope that's alright.  There are some crawlers, some Gibson stuff, Bolens, a lot of miscellaneous garden tractors, Masseys, etc.  I figured that there would be some people who would enjoy seeing them.  I know I did.

Very nice, Jamie.

I would be in trouble if all that was for sale in my neck of the woods... all those Masseys would really look good in my shed.

Normally we try to load pics here, but that is a lot of photos and you spent a ton of time setting that up. It's all good as far as I'm concerned.

Now, here's what I don't understand about having all these. They fill up the barns, so they become otherwise unusable. What if the one you would really like is way into the center of  them and you would have to get lots out of way to get it out?  How does one keep up all the battery's needed or want to do the PIA of putting in the batt everytime you wanted to start/run one? Bad gas alot?  Drain gas alot?  Would seem one would keep a good loader for uses, all the rest would be Baggage and in the way. Have a favorite crawler with features you like and rest leave. Pick a half dozen diff brands/favorites and use once in awhile, not just collect everything in sight and just let it sit and Rot as the years go on.  There really IS a time when you have Too Much, and this guy's time was Long ago. Not so nice, cept in Quantity!  NO retirement plan? Sell a tractor or two a month till they are gone or you are dead is the plan for some???  This just seems like Hoarding to me, no real need for one to have all these, and couldn't possibly put them all to use to claim a need for keeping them.

I've been downsizing.

I still have a ZB that  runs good too, but not much finished on it.

I'm even thinking of taking my nice looking Speedex  to sell too.

I still have two more Speedex,

Oh, and my plastic body Speedex too, forgot him.

Really, once you are done with it, the fun is gone and it just becomes space taker in garage.

Don't wanna work it and make it dirty or hurt, and don't go to many shows to show it off.

. With MM gone, will be able to have room for that newer PK/Snapper I'm buying now.

Will the real glgrumpy please come to the blackboard, please.

Personally, I don't have a "need" for any of the tractors that I collect.

I just like to have them around to look at, drive them once in a while and show them off at tractor shows.
