I'm working on a 1939 John Deere L, so letting go a 1940 Standard Twin Convertible riding tractor. I've only seen a few crop up for sale in the last several years.
I already have a nice 1938 convertible, so a lucky person will own this one.
It's gotten new rings, oil pan dropped and cleaned and valves done. Its on steel with lugs in a bag. All tins are there, small hole in front shroud. Coupla of welds in frame but its all solid. Needs a good wire wheel run on it. I did not restore it cosmetically.
It has a zenith carb, and the mag wires are new. It runs great. Sorry, no attachments, but both equipment lift bars front and rear are present. This is the version with the govenor on it.
Its located in SE PA zip 18929.
