Last year I intended to cut my herd by 30 but instead gained 15. This year I just wanted to try to get rid of a bunch but have acquired several. I don't even have to hunt for them anymore. I went to the dump yesterday and a guy was getting ready to unload an LT into the scrap metal. It seemed to have a nice seat so I asked for it. The guy that runs the place told him to just take the whole thing to my house. He followed me home and we unloaded it. Good engine bad trany and deck.

I have a similar Wizard to this Lawn Chief so two will become one. This has a plastic hood.

We talked and he offered me a free "heavier" tractor. I'll probably go for that tomorrow. I think that the only cure is for me to go cold turkey but I need a few tractors to take care of this place. Atleast I only have one other vice(cookies). Good Luck, Rick

Hi,

My name is Jesse, i am a A :thumbs:ss  h  le who like to tractor very heavy, some days i tractor all day, i have trouble controlling the tractoring, i like to tractor with girls, we ride tractors all night and make diesel smoke,......she thinks my tractor's sexy !

Sometimes i sneak my tractor to work and tractor a little on my lunch, i was caught once and tried to hide the tractor but it was just too loud so i was sent home, i tractored my self to sleep that night.

I saw the doctor and explained my inability to stop tractoring, the doctor sent me to a psychologist, she sent me to a therapist who sent me to this fourm :D

My names John ,its been 4 days since i bought a tractor, its hard ya know but im trying, initially thought if i only collected the red ones it would be ok, sort of like smoking light cigarettes, but sometimes the red ones dont do it and i relaps and a green or yellow one slips in, im ashamed of myself, cant go cold turkey, just taking it one day at a time. maybe a blue one would help?

Hi.  My name is Mark & I too am a tractor haul ic.   I started the year with 5 & I lost count when I passed 12.  I think I may be somewhere in the teens now.  Jtrojek is my "pusher" .  He finds all kinds of stuff I can't live without.  I am not complaining, just recommending.   Superaben & Bolens 1000 are my enablers.  They get me parts when I need them.  Again, not a complaint, just a recommendation.  Sometimes I fantasize about what it would be like to quit, but then I start getting the shakes.  I find building new storage space helps when I can't find something tractor related to buy.  I am currently in the midst of building another 8x8 shed & refurbishing the lean-to on the back of my garage, but only because I can't find the stuff I need to complete my current restoration.  If anyone wants to help me score a fix, I need some 8" & 9" pulleys made by Congress drives.

If you all are looking for therapy, you came to the wrong place. Look how long the average member has been here. We're all friends here, so admit it. No one gets out alive!!! :worship:  :bigrofl:  :loosing_it:

(Hoarding? I don't hoard, I spread it all over the yard!)

My name is Ben and some say I am hopeless.  I have more iron in the yard than brains in my head to fix it all.

I am getting cured now! Many of my rigs are gone this year, just sold one at show last week and another junky one for parts and down to 3 or 4 projects now, and a couple runners.  Course tomorrow I'm getting that nice newer Power King I may have mentioned before........but it's SPECIAL!  Mama's gonna be gone when it comes. Might be able to hide it for a little while, but she usually knows what tractors I have, and this one is real BIG! But, I can Quit anyday!  Still have one more big MM to sell for more small tractor room....er .....I mean to have more room for working on the one's left.

Hi Rick, my name is... Um... Arvin, yeah that's it, Arvin
It's been a while since I bought a tractor, but I keep moving mine around so my wife can't get a count on them.
I find little things to use them for that I really don't need a tractor for just to justify.

I used to be into bigger tractors... I would say the habit is getting better, but we still have all of the big ones too.

I replaced cows with tractors in the barn......

How the hell do you milk them?
