Picked this up 2 weeks ago at a yard sale, po told me it hadn't been started for at least 10 years. Tinkered with it for 1/2hr and it runs good, but can't find any markings on it. It has a b&s engine and is chain driven, would like to know who made it.

What you have is a Toro Power Handle with the Snowhound attachment.

The Power Handles were sold for many years. ....B&S engines were used for several years but later Power Habndles had Tecumseh engines.

The Power Handle could be removed from the snowblower and installed on a rotary mower, reel mower, edger, pump, tiller, or several other attachments.

The B&S engine numbers should indicate the date of manufacture.
