I was just given a Vaughan model H Flex-Tred water cooled walk behind tractor. I am guessing it is about 1925. I was wondering if anyone might have a manual on this guy?  I understand that there is a book written by Tony Rodriques on Vaughan tractors and drag saws. Does anyone have any information on this model?

Thanks,

John Graham

Welcome to GTtalk, I can't help you on your questions, but I sure would like to see some photos of your Vaughan.

Bigjohng2--I just googled this machine and it sure looks like a brute and 650lbs of unstopable brute at that, quite the machine.

The only number I found for Tony Rodrigues was 831-663-4327 Hope this helps you.

Please send some pictures of this monster for us to see.

                                                                                      Thank you

                                                                                      Bill

hi John, Welcome to the forum. Tony R has passed away so no use calling. I think I know who got any books left. I'll check and see if any are available.

It appears that no books are left. I do know who has the rights to the book and was told that a reprint was in the works. Not sure how long this will take to accomplish.
