Today is one of the coldest day for our country over all this season. It was 19F this morning and the wind chill of 12F. now that now very cold in IN. where I used to live ,but here in Central Texas, that BITTER cold. So thought I'd ask for question.

Same as Peter's area here in south central Ky........ ZERO F. That's not counting wind chill, which was around -6. Payloader sure was hard to get cranked, even with engine heater. I didn't even attempt cranking it until after daylight....much easier to see hooking up jumpers.

At 52, the cold doesn't get to me that much still. I've worked with ice frozen to my face & I can deal with that, but cows deciding to calve at the very worst of times, equipment not wanting to start, or machinery breaking down......that's the part of cold weather that gets to me. I can work out in the cold no problem, but the cold brings far worse than just the frigid temps.....it brings problems!
