That plow in the picture is actually for the Farmall Cub

Wondering if at least part of it is a Gard'n Mast'r JR.  I have a Gard'n Mast'r, and the frame and the front axle of the one in your picture look the same as mine, particularly the front axle and the cast nose piece for the frame.  Here's a couple of pertinent pictures of my JR:

The rest of the tractor looks like it might be a home made job or something, but the frame (in particular the cast front nose piece of the frame) and front axle look the same as my Gard'n Mast'r.

Looks like a garden master jr to me, my dad has restored two of them and one model g as well. The frame, wheels and rear look right for the garden master
