my 1812 was a nice looking tractor . Runs awesome plows great. Overall a pretty sweet ride. Last winter while putting my hyd angle blade on the tractor I noticed that one of the nuts that hold the quick attach mule drive in place , the weld had broken. so I had planed to fix this summer . Well its summer and last weekend I started to tear into the problem and discovered that the motor needed to be pulled to re weld the nut, so the nut got fixed , I then noticed how grimy and oily it had become. so today I tore into that issue , here are some pics.

Now while its apart I think I will repaint the fender pan and frame this fall then put back together

What kind of degreaser did you use with your pressure washer?

Nice solid tractor. When it's apart like that you can easily see any thing that needs to be repaired.

that's the beauty of garden tractors......you can pull totally apart in a few short hours.
