The wife has talked me into  going down to Elkhart Indiana to walk through the Shipshawana flea market tomorrow.

Any suggestions other than wear something water resistant since the chance of rain was 60% on Tuesday a couple of days go?

Thanks.

Leave your wallet at home, Women seem to be able to find a way to spend on some thing.

Wednesday is better. That's when they have the antique auctions in the barn.

Keep the truck keys so when she says " you don't really need that " you can slip it back to the truck on a bathroom run. LOL

Accidently miss the exit and head on south to the Portland IN show. Plenty of fleamarket for her there and more for you.

Visit the local Hardware Store, lots of very unique items in there, some we normally never see (at least not in the last 100 years).

It is not on the tourist list, they don't expect tourists, just locals.

I think the flea market is only open on a couple of days a week. Check online site for Ship. I found some nice large, brand new drills at one place near the entrance for like $2 ea. Get some Amish bacon and smoked salmon while you're there.

There is one man there that sells rebuilt Craftsman power tools. He's a crook! I bought a router from him. When I got home it wouldn't run and he wouldn't answer/return my calls.
