Picked up a GT/18 Hydrodrive today from a friend who lives about 20 minutes away. Needs some nose cone work, but starts, runs and drives great!

Nice runner, I was hoping the oil wasn't from the Hydrodrive when you started that vid tho.

thats not really oil per se. its snow, water, and road salt :)

What makes that a rare one ,just curious ?


The GT/18 was a 2 year tractor - 1978 and 1979. So for starters, you dont see many at all, I think I have seen 8 total. Sears Hydrostatic tractors (both the 67-72 Hydro-Tracs and 76-79 Hydrodrives) are very very rare. So its a rare model, with the even more rare hydro static option
