Okay, Help please.  The beast is back together and now the starter is making that awful noise of grinding clanking metal, it starts but doesn't stay runninng unless it's in full throttle.  Nathan thinks it's something in the carb linkage or that there is a govenor missing.  There is a piece going to the carb that looks a lot like a coat hanger cut to fit but sine we have never seen the whole thing as it should be we don't know what to look for.  He's a old american car mechanic and the small tractor eludes him.Anyone with pictures of the ST16 carb in working order? Or suggestions?

I'm going to be out of town for a couple of days or I could help. I would suggest starting a new thread titled 'Need Help With ST16 Linkage' or similar.
