Have a heavy 10hp MTD Ranch King tractor. Briggs, nice 3pt hitch, about a 77  model if engine is right. Anyway, I've had it apart laying around garage, most in attic for a future rebuild. Now, because I'm getting out of the tractor hobbie, I'm taking it to Portland to try to sell. Yesterday I got down all the parts, layed them around. Today I made asembly, with maybe a few parts left over, ha, but at least pushes and steers and Looks like  a tractor again. Someone elses project it can be. Gonna ask $50, should be cheap enough. Good 3pt and wheels nice, transaxle, think engine woud run with spark fixed. I had it cranking on bench, but never fired and ran. Didn't get all the drive parts, belts and some link rods all back in, but they are there. Have a manual for it, owner's and Parts. Hope to make it Gone soon.
