Because all my tractors are in storage we were not planning on attending the Buckley Tractor show this year.
Thanks to Josh, those plans have changed.
I'm going to take the forklift and set it up for display at the show.

Several years ago I built this cart to pull behind my tractors so Marie and I could ride around the grounds instead of having to walk every where.

I can use the Case garden tractor that I bought this summer for riding around but the cart is in storage in southern Indiana.

Thanks to Jerome, I have the parts here to build a temporary cart.
The Viking tractor that I bought from Jerome has a snow blade with it and I can use the blades mounting arm for the base of the cart.

The seat off the Viking tractor can also be used to mount on the base.

I have a pair of wheels that came off an old table saw.

I bolted an old hinge to each side of the base and then bolted a piece of wood to the hinges.

A steel rod is bolted to the underside of the piece of wood for the axle.

The top of the base has a piece of OSB bolted to it and the seat is bolted on.

The tongue is another piece of wood that is bolted on the front.

A trailer hitch coupler is then bolted to the tongue.
this is the most expensive piece that I had to buy and it will be used later when I build a trailer out of that dump box that I got from Jerome.

I bent up a piece of electrical conduit to make a handle for Marie to use and braced it with an old broom handle.
Scrounging thru my cans of paint, red was the only color that I had enough to paint this.

Here is how it looks hooked up behind the Case.

The old cart has a box mounted under the seat that we used to haul food or ice and I decided that we need some way of carrying thing on this cart.
This plastic tub held parts for the Viking tractor. I cleaned it up and mounted it behind the seat on the cart.

I can tell you are really missing your tractors and tools! You took a bunch of "stuff" and made it into a useful implement. Well done!
