I wish I were going with you. Later this year I hope to go smallmouth fishing on Kentucky Lake.

This was the best one of the day.  Not very big, but right where I thought he would be.  Plenty of pumpkinseeds and a few others.

I didn't have a companion like you Lance.

What kind of canoe do you have?

I'm not sure if I could even find my poles if I had to. You have fun, I'll stay here and keep the tax rolls rolling.

I don't do much fishing anymore, sold my last boat 3-4 years ago, but my dog always went with me.  No better fishing partner!

Yours would be a good picture for mounting on the wall.

Pontoon boat would be a really nice way to fish. Just like fishing off the back porch.  :D

A pontoon boat would be a nice way to fish if you didn't have to haul it all over the place like we do. Just like fishing off of the back porch.

That's why I bought this pontoon; 6' x 15' (6' x 12" deck), had the trailer built locally, easy to haul & launch!

I used an 8 HP Evinrude for a while, then went to two trolling motors, 54# on the front & 102# on the back.  Worked great for me, small lakes within 50 miles from home.  ~~  Lowell

I'd say that was just about the perfect combination. Can't believe you sold it. Looks like you really put some though into that combination.

Just didn't use it anymore, maybe 3-4 times/year!  ~~  Lowell
