I removed an electric PTO clutch on a Raider 12.....

After removing the center bolt that threads into the crank output shaft, you should see threads in the electric clutch that are larger than the bolt you 1st removed.

After using lots of penetrating oil, thread a long bolt (or threaded rod) into the clutch. The bolt will bottom out on the crankshaft and push the clutch off. The push bolt should be large enough that it won't damage the internal threads on the crank.
