At least that is what the wife asked when I bought this at the flea market over the weekend.  Must be for a walk behind, it has a brake on it.  Any ideas what it is for???

Are those tire brakes on the frame? If, it's for a 2 wheel tractor but what brand I have no idea.

Looks to be in very good condition.

Yep, the tire brakes are mounted to the frame.  When you step on the pedal it swings an angle down against the tire.
