Hey Guys,

Not too familiar with the Gravely tractors.
Guy is selling this 432 for 100.00.  He says the points are shot but that sounds a little short of the whole story.

Is this thing worth taking a chance for 100.00?  It has the 14hp kohler. Is this Kohler any different than any others or does it have points etc?

A 14hp Kohler of that vintage would be a K series K321.  It will have points.

A 400 series is not as high dollar as a 800 or 8000, but it still is a nimble little tractor with a lot of power.

I'd say the tractor is worth a risk of $100.  At least it would be to me.  :D

These are fun tractors to drive

I had one of the orange 432's a few years ago

The hand control "Swiftamatic" transmission was pretty neat.

That's very cheap, IMO; and well worth every penny. Can't go wrong at that price.

Looks like a good deal to me. With the engine in the back I imagine those get good traction.

FYI,

Most if not all Gravely tractors have "Gravely Spec" Kohler engines. Differences are found in the crankshaft. Everything else should be normal Kohler parts.
