Is the frame on the 1886 longer ? Can most parts/engine interchange between the 1256 and 1886 ?

The 1256 is a Tube Frame, and the 1886 is a Large Frame.

There would be almost nothing that would interchange between the two.

It would be like asking if parts would interchange between a Ford Escort and a Crown Victoria :D :D :D

I have 6 tube frames and 3 large frames. Once you have a large frame you will prefer it over all others. I use my 1250 the most. It is an example of bigger is better. Good Luck. Rick

Well now, I wouldn't go so far as that.

Tube frames to have their advantages.  Maneuverability being one of them.  Large frames have the turning radius of the USS Ronald Reagan :D :D :D

Tube frames also have a much wider assortment of attachments available. so there are jobs that you can do with a tube frame that you can't do with a large frame.

That said, if it's a job that either can do, I will almost always use one of my large frames :D :D :D
