The G.T. number was up to 138 today.   They are hoping to top 150 by tomorrow.

Some of the guys did some plowing today.  They were enjoying themselves, but they had to wait for a steam engine pulling a 7 bottom rig to get out of the way.   Rick

This young man was in the Sept./Oct. 2013 issue of Lawn& Garden Magazine showing off a fine looking Wheel horse. :D   He was available  to sign autographs if needed. :D   Rick

Finally a Toro Flymo that IS the floating on air kind. Must not have been a good idea?   That Minnie in grey......NOT!  Paint it yellow and white like it should be. Must be he likes White tractors, t hat is what it looks like. Mini's are SO cool. That IH extended and more seats must be quite a rig to turn, long as it is??? Be alright for straight and open places, but no so cool at shows would think.

I tried to get down there this morning  woke up to a down pour, fell back asleep.  About 1.5 hours later it died down, so hit the road. I got about 20 miles out and hit a downpour so bad that I almost pulled over, could not see the road. Penfield is about 70 miles from me.

so we said "screw it" and came back home.

I want to thank Rick for nice compliment, I was one of the three that pulled in with the three big loads of GT . I have Olivers, Wheel Horses, Allis Chalmers and 1 of the Springfields. I want to also say it was a great show and the gentleman that ran the GT area was great. I was one of the plowing guys also it is always fun to plow.

We had one of the three guys with us that had the John Deeres, David Bradleys  and some chain saws, it was his first time at show and had a blast. When we were loading up he said he would not miss another show at Penfield.

I recommend that anybody that can try the show at least once, I do not think you would be disappointed.

We all three think it was great and will try to bring more with us next year
