Nice collection of garden tractors.  I called about the Shaw, but it's just going to be too far away for me.  There are a bunch more pictures in the ad.  I didn't put them all here.  If only I had the money....

I have many small and old garden tractors. Two wheel, one wheel, four wheel, etc. Not full size farm tractors. Many I've worked on mechanically and had running. Some I've never touched. Different prices for different tractors. If interested about any specific one - please email with questions. Prices range $100 to $1000. I have several Standard Twins. One Viking Twin. Several Standard Monarchs and one Walsh. Many David Bradleys and Simplicity VAs. Gravely with electric start, tiller, and snow-blower. 1936 Sears two wheel Handiman. Planet Junior HT two wheeler. Shaw R12 fout wheeler with two cylinder engine. Simplicity 700 four wheeler with rear tiller. Bolens 1254 four wheeler with rear tiller and mower. Bolens Ridemaster cultivating farm tractor. A few small one wheel or track-drive walk-behinds. Wizard walk behind. Many not listed here. Many have been put away deep inside a dark barn for years and getting good photos is difficult. Please ask with any questions. Note - NO trades. I'm trying to move out of NY as fast as I can. I need less stuff and not more. Also - none of what I have has been painted or "restored." Some I've reworked mechanically but none cosmetically.

That is quite a collection of varied types and brands. I wonder why he is moving out of NY?

I am heading to Watertown, NY in the next couple of weeks, with any luck, and to Jamie's eventually.   Anybody closer to the tractor want to help with the relay?  I will pick it up in or near Watertown if you can get it that far.

That's funny that you're headed that way, Mark.  That would have made things work, at least for me.  I wish I had it in my budget to pick one up.  Too many expenses at the moment, and a bunch more on the horizon.  Oh well.  Too bad for me.  I do hope that some members here can end up with some of this fellow's collection.  Looks like some good stuff.  I only called out of curiosity about the Shaw.  He had done a bunch of work to it (brand new rear tires, new clutch, valves, etc.) and it ran like a top before he parked it, but he said it's now been sitting for 10 years or so.  He's asking $950 for it, which I think is very reasonable.
