Sure looks like the ferret I had, about the same size and color, my ferret just had a raccoon mask, but colored much like that one.

mine may have had a shorter tail than in the pic so maybe it is a weasel..... tough to stupid cat I guess.

The  ferrets I had one was all black and the other was brown with white belly and a mask so I guess they come in all colors. If it is a weasel try and find their home and do em in---If you have any young kids around and they find them they will be in a world of hurt plus rabies shots.

They are for sure tought buggers and fearless, they don't back down and fight to the death.

You got one Bad A** cat ----Give em a special treat.

Around here we have what is called a Least Weasel.

If you have one of these on your property you are very lucky. They can go anywhere a rat or mouse can go and are a property owners friend. I once caught one in a wind up mouse trap and didn't find it until it was dead. Took it to the game dept. to have it identified and they told me it was a Lesser Weasel. They said it was too bad that it got caught as they are a terror on unwanted rodents and are seldom seen by humans. Mine was all white with a black tip on it's tail. Winter colors.

Let me see, they sleep in about 82 different places on the porch in countless positions literally all day long.  I would say they have their treat.  Oh, and they get fed on top of that.  I don't know which cat got the weasel but if it was the boy, it would be even more impressive because he's cross eyed and looks like he has a film over one eye.  I don't know exactly how well he can see.  He was born like that.

Our old cat was 13 years old when she got a rabbit, about two days before she died.  We grow them hardy around here I guess.

It doesn't have the color or markings of a ferret, and has a longer tail like a weasel.  A ferret should be between 1 and 2 feet long...a weasel less than 10".

Most all the ferrets we have had were less than a foot long without the tail. And ferrets come in all colors!

Yeah, they have it nice.  During the day I take several breaks to get away from the computer and it's not uncommon to look out on the porch to see paws sticking straight up in the air while he sleeps on his back.  These cats have the life.

Have you thought that it might be a disguise? Cats are tricky like that.

I thought the mustache looked out of place.

Weasels are good mousers, but they are death on chickens.
