What brand of ratchet held up to a 24" cheater pipe?

Home Depot / Husky.

I think I could have gotten away with less then 24". But it worked fine. No harm to the 3/8" ratchet.

Waiting for today's post where you arrive and realize the lift is missing....

This trip is going MUCH better. Now, if only the county will release the permits. They keep saying "very soon". I'm 1/3 done the rough wire already. Shhhh don't tell.

Ripped out this today ImageUploadedByTapatalk1404875895.418303.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1404875908.385924.jpg

Hopefully installing the new 400 amp panel tomorrow. And temping up the old 10 ton roof AC unit. It was brutal working today with no AC.

That is my new helper in the 2nd pic. My son Tyler, he may only be 12 but he is a BIG help. He knows what most of the materials are and most of the tools. Saves me a lot of trips to the van and work table.
He enjoys working with me, as long as we stay in a hotel with a pool.

Where did your coolant go?

Out the exhaust !! It's been an issue for Years with this van. Chevy express 3500 with 6.0 engine.

I flushed the cooling system AGAIN and added a good block sealer like I've done when it happened before. I should be good for another year or so.

I was told the only other option was to pull the engine and rip it down and install a new gasket kit. I've got 235 K on it and it's been a great van. Only normal wear items and the coolant leak a few times.

Small price to pay for good help! And I suppose you don't enjoy the pool at all, lol.

This trip to Va is going much better. So far so good. Just working my butt off all alone. Son Tyler is at scout camp back in NJ this week.

I left NJ around 9 am Tuesday am, worked till midnight. Wednesday I worked from 7 am till midnight. I'm burning through MC cable like crazy, bet I've pulled 4,000' and mounted 100 receptacle, switch and junction boxes.
Lots of change orders too, gotta love having to correct the engineers mistakes. But that little note on the prints saying "electrical contractor to make all needed corrections to meet code". Lol you'd think they being "electrical engineers" would know the code. O well, more $$ for me.
I'm here till Monday afternoon. Then home for ?? Not sure. Was asked today if I want to do a job up in Springfield, Mass. And I told the GC absolutely !! "Let me know ASAP when you need me there"

I'll post some pics of the job ASAP. It's a mess now and I'm too tired to clean up tonight.

Here is a pic of the sign I wired Monday. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1405659338.842870.jpg

My old pal Drake (ddogg) from MTF stopped by after he got done work Wed and I got to shoot the chit with him for an hour or so. Good man Drake is. One of those kinda guys I'll be friends with for a very long time. Hopefully our families will be getting together soon. Our kids get along great.

Sure was good to get to visit with you recently Ken.  Looking forward to your whole family coming down.  I'll take a day off and make sure they get to see the highlights of D.C.

Are you sure ? He isn't very pretty in his old age. He's sporting a beard (sorta grayish) now. Lol

Just so long as he doesn't look like Herman Munster. You've got that covered all by yourself, sunshine.
