they seem to show up all over the county. There are a couple of them not far from me.

There's a guy up in N. TX that has a few of them and was at the Evansville show 2 years ago when I attended. He had Wagner's and Magna-Trac's sitting side by side. Jeff, (Lauber1) you may remember that guy, I think he was set up across from you or behind you.

there was 2 much tractors there to remember, I do remember that it was way to hot for a tractor show out in the open.

Here's a link to the Evansville show, I could only find one picture of both brands side by side. The Wagner is unrestored on the left of the Magna-Tracs.

All of the tractors in this photo are Magna Trac.  No connection to the wagner.  The guy from Texas is Andy Asberry.  At lease 2 of these in the photo if not all of them belong to David Kirsh from Evansville.
