There really is no way to with no tag.

Does the engine have a fly wheel sticking out like the green engine does in this post?

So that means that engine is the one that came with the tractor to bad it dont have a tag on it.

I have never seen a light kit either.

The light kit shown in the post that Jerome put the link to is not an original light kit for the Ridemasters.

It is a copy that I made up using a generator off a Whizzer motorbike.
