Have a 1973 roper rt 13 i am restoring  i need a diagram showing how the linkages inside frame hook  up If any one has or knows where to find one please let me know

Welcome to the forum. Hopefully gettingthis post moved into a better area will give you a better chance at finding the info. Did you check the manuals section for the info?

What are the linkages for?
They should be the same as the Suburban Sears tractors.

The high and low linkage does not shift as suppose to i think i am missing a bracket to hold it in place.

The other is the brake clutch rod with two brackets on them I have tried puttin them in all ways but the;y seem to be too short fot link

There is a bracket that holds the high low in place.
The "brake clutch rod". On this tractor is two rods. One from the foot peddle rod to the clutch bracket and one from the foot peddle rod to the brake band.
