Too danged hot to even wanna mess with my GT's.  102 heat index & miserable out.  I don't think I could even drink enough water to keep up with what I sweat out!  I did as little as possible today, and same for tonight.  Gonna take Teresa out for some supper, then rest up for another hot day.

I'm holed up in my apartment.  My neighbors think I am crazy because I have tin foil over all the windows, but when it stays 72 degrees in here on a 90 degree day without running the AC I laugh all the way to the bank!

Plus when I work off shifts it helps me sleep.

I am off though Thursday to Monday!

94 on both our thermometers. Tv says 89. Feels like 100

Going up to do the hilling on the taters, do some weeding and maybe block a couple of logs. See how the evening holds.

You probably got the same one we had here. They clocked winds at 80 mph in Newton. Could hardly go anywhere in town due to trees down. It only hit 78 today here. Thats ok we had got rain everyday for the last 5. they are saying we had the 3rd wettest June on record.

Back home & glad too.  Tummy full & ready to rest up.  Squall line of storms from near Jonesboro AR to almost Cincy, OH.  Hoping it brings some relief without damage or inury.

I got in the 90's here today but humidity seemed to be down so it wasn't to bad,  But we also have a lot of shade and I had the fans going in the shop.

Summer is here for sure, high 90s with almost the same in humidity. Thank GOD I'm at least in the shade of the shop. Stay hydrated Daniel and we may survive another hot summer. At least I'm back on my sweat it our diet again, whether I wanted to or not.

Spent the morning working up in the barn, then weeding the garden a little, drive down to Indian Orchard, Springfield were it was 100 degrees (i have no AC), drive back, weed wack for an hour then mow for two hours.

Bit on the warm side right now but at least it's warm

It's cooler here today! Been working inside, so the heat is nasty when outside.

Haven't turned the shop air conditioner on yet this year since it hasn't hit 90* yet.

Probably wouldn't help much with all the cutting and welding going on while converting the IH #32 trailer mower to a three point mower.
