For this recipe you will need a cast iron skillet or wok . My wife is staying with my Mother-in-law at the hospital tonight, so I fried some potatoes and diced onions in olive oil. After the potatoes were browned, I mixed in a couple of eggs. When that was done I sprinkled some shredded cheese over it, and then added salt and pepper. I washed it all down with a cold glass of milk.
The sea food recipe sounds better!
