For this recipe you will need a cast iron skillet or wok . Try to use fresh seafood if possible .First pour one cup of extra virgin olive oil in skillet or wok slice up 8/9 cloves of garlic put in olive oil next you will need tri color peppers red yellow orange julienne a quarter of each pepper place in olive oil heat up oil cook peppers and garlic about 10 min over medium heat till just tender, then add your seafood a pound of each and sauté for five minutes or until it  is no longer opaque in color do not over cook! remove from heat make water ready for linguini one box when linguini is al dente or just about soft place skillet back on low heat pour off water and add linguini to to skillet toss well and serve with fresh chopped parsley and grated cheese. Serves four.

My wife is staying with my Mother-in-law at the hospital tonight, so I fried some potatoes and diced onions in olive oil. After the potatoes were browned, I mixed in a couple of eggs. When that was done I sprinkled some shredded cheese over it, and then added salt and pepper. I washed it all down with a cold glass of milk.

The sea food recipe sounds better!
