I picked up this Jacobsen Javelin 26 at a buddies place that restores mowers he just never got around to this one. I payed $400 for this and a custom 6 sears :thumbs:  :thumbs:  all im having trouble with now is locating a crank for the 6hp Tecumseh, if anyone has one im in desperate need of it  :worshippy1:  once I get the crank I will start a new thread of the resto  :rocker2:  :rocker2:

find someone who has swapped a newer motor onto a Troybilt and see if they kept the old motor, they used the 6 Hp Tecs in the 70's or check with one of our sponsers toward the top of the forum.

If Bob can't help you put a whole engine on there, I have a couple salvage cranks that would work.
