It looks kinda like the one on one of my 23D's.  The old part number for that is 22809.  Hope this helps.          Stewart

its definitely a cup for the bigger number series, like 14,19 or 23, but I don't know the part number either.

The old part number for that B&S starter cup was 22809, and was superceded to 690261.

 

You can still buy them new for approx $14-$15.
