Picked my first load of Italian flat green beans this morning. Filled a 5-gallon bucket and that wasn't even an entire row (I have 2 rows of these beans this year). In the process of canning 7 quarts, and had some sautéed whole with yellow and zucchini squash in coconut oil, garlic, onions, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Man was that GOOD!

Sounds yummy!
Those make good dilly beans too. I like to put a chunk of jalapeno in each jar, but my wife likes me to not do that. so I compromise and put a chunk in some jars.
