He is still hiding in there. She has had some pains but nothing serious

Second one for her first for me really. I met my wife she had the little girl already. She was 1.5. Her father hasn't seen her in over 2 years. So I claim her mine now. She even looks just like me. My wife swears she is mine. Apparently we act alike too.

IMO, the guy who cares for you and raises you is your father, the guy who contributed the motivated cell is just that. That being said, yes, I know there are some circumstances beyond our control, and there are lots who would have loved to have been able to raise their biological kids but have been prevented from doing so.

Well she woke up last night with mild contractions and other stuff happening last night. She made me stay home from work today. She is convinced it's happening today. She has a Dr appointment at 2 today.

She is convinced. When has packed a bag for her and has the baby bag by the door.

So maybe? So many false alarms I'm not completely convinced! I'm all adrenaline now. Scared and excited

Hope you have better luck than my neighbor. She was about 3 weeks overdue when they finally induced labor. She had false labor again and again.

We are here now waiting room. I think its a false alarm again. But I got a day off anyway. Might stop at Lowes if it is and do some shopping

Either way in 14 days she will be induced.

Well, I'm confused. Is she a month late now or a month early when this thread started. It must be a girl. They're never on time.

We are going in at 6 am tomorrow. She is having contractions but he said it's going to be hours she might as well be home relaxing.

It's a boy. She is 37 weeks so he is a little early. When I originally posted this she was 34 weeks I think. But they stopped her contractions with medicine.

RELAXING???!!!??? c'mon, GIVE ME A BREAK--- been there, done that, there'll be no relaxing until you hear that first little squall that says he's breathing air and not happy about it, lol. I'll be thinking about all three of you until I see the post that says he's arrived safe and sound.

It has certainly been a bad night with family issues that I wish never happened. I am sick over it....not me and my wife but my family mostly...I won't go into details but afterwards for the first time in many years I cried. Man enough to admit that. My family is very important to me and the fight tonight was very selfish of my family.

But at 5am we are heading to the hospital. Wife has been able to relax some what. She wasn't involved in the fireworks.

My sister's boy Mason was early, we were on pins and nettles for a long time until he came out of the incubator, it hurts everyone and they show it differently, keep a calm disposition and focus on your wife and the boy.

Best of luck.

Our problem was I wanted my parents to watch the 4 year old during the delivery. I want her to be included. She is my step daughter and my parents love her. But today they were all absorbed with the baby and wanted to take her to a baby sitter. I told them if they can't pay equal attention to both my children then they can stay home. I told my dad to get the hell out of my garage and we had a rather large screaming match.

Finally my mom understood my thoughts and desires.

I love my parents and we are all very close. But I was over the top pissed!

The in laws are actually on a cruise and don't even know the baby is coming tiday.

TMT84.......hope the family issues plane out soon!  Everyone is under stress, so I figure time will heal all this.  Stress makes people feel & say things they don't mean, say things you DO mean but maybe shouldn't say, and makes some unable to understand your feelings.  It doesn't mean any of you love or think less of one another.  It'll be ok.
