Found this picture on the web. Is this factory? Ever in production or just experimental? Interesting looking. Any info on this set up?

Factory.  Its a Frazier Rototiller with the tiller part removed and a cart added.  They also made a push blade and two row garden seeder that I've seen and I'm sure other attachments I haven't.
