We get peepers here and sometimes Bull frogs but they are far enough from the house to be rather soothing and peaceful.

We were overrun with turkeys, pheasant, and grouse 20 years ago. Then the coyotes moved in. Now the game birds are gone and we've got lots of coyotes and coywolves. They make even more noise. Good Luck, Rick

I was raised in northeastern NC, slept to the tune of frogs and crickets many a night. Listened to the cows munching grass by moonlight, love the country. It's not the frogs singing that should worry you, it's when they stop. :thumbs:

In VA, a dead coyote is worth $50 b ounty.

Our big noise makers are the Canadian Geese. I don't think those darn birds ever sleep. I finally found something they absolutely hate is RC airplanes. 2 passes over the neighbors field and they were all gone. Could never sleep with the windows open before that.
