I found this implement next to a sears handiman two wheel tractor at a salvage yard. Is it for the Handiman? If not, what is it for? How much do you think it is worth?

Sorry the photos are not very good. The sun was at my back casting a bad shadow and there is junk all around it. Hard to get a better picture

Those castor wheels almost look like gauge wheels for setting the height of a rake or some other attachment.

   Looks like a cultivator to me, I think I see the cultivator teeth on the bottom.

it would the tool carriage that goes to the handiman tractor. Most of the attachments bolt on to this tool bar, like the vators, seeders,disc and other items. A plow, or the harrow packer don't use it, but if you want to hook the sulky up your going to have to have this part.
