Don't know what the first one fits , but the second one is for a Onan , looks like its a B43 or B48 , P218 or P220 starter .

Thank you Jlaws and thank you Brian ! I would never have believed that with out seeing but that one fits the vertical shaft Kohler K181 on tractors like the v-8 Commando (the v stands for vertical.) Thanks again to both of you. Mystery solved !

I thought the Ad said it fit a Tecumseh 8hp?

I didn't read that far Brian,but the Commando V-8's used a vertical K181.

That's what I thought also Jim, but I didn't actually know if WH ever used a Ver. shaft TEC engine in a garden tractor.
