I am very excited to finally announce that Old Paths Equipment has accepted the Ingersoll tractor dealership for my area!

Ingersoll_horizontal.jpg

That makes me your source for Ingersoll, Colt, and Case tractor parts.  I can ship anywhere and get anything that an Ingersoll dealer can get.

I am working on building a stock of parts.  If anyone has suggestions of what I should have on the shelf, feel free to share that.  However, anytime you need something, please let me take a shot at it.

I wanted Ingersoll because they are one of the last brands building an all steel heavy duty garden tractor that doesn't blur the line between compact tractors and garden tractors.  Beginning with Colt, selling through Case dealers, and finally ending up under the Ingersoll trademark, they really haven't changed much through the years since the design was so good.

Coming soon, I'm hoping to get a shiny new Ingersoll or two on display over here.

Ben W.

Congrats on the new dealership status!

Hope it works out great for you, did you have to buy a minimum amount of parts or equipment to start off?

No I didn't.  A relationship with Ingersoll seems to be rather informal compared to the other brands I play with.  I'm still planning to get a tractor in here though, and I'll probably still stock parts.  :D

I'd appreciate that, Scott.  Ingersoll tractors are not cheap, but I think they are one of the few that are still made to last.  And that's what I want to sell.

Congrats Ben,  Ingersoll is one of the last good brands left.

I'm curious as to what the costs are of the different models now. I understand they all run Briggs Vanguards. Any info?

Glad this got bumped back up as I missed it the first time. My "local" dealer is a 50 mile one way drive for me so it's a safe bet that the next time my mom breaks her 3016 you'll be hearing from me. :smilewink:

Congrats on becoming a dealer and I hope everything is going smoothly, I spoke with someone at Ingersoll a number of years ago about becoming a dealer and they seemed like they would be a great company to do business with.
