I believe your looking for Tractor drive belt 2692R

You need the model of the deck to determine what deck belt you need.

I normally stock these, but sold my last one yesterday. Can have another one in a few days if your interested just send me a PM.

The deck should have a belt already under the covers unelss you are upgrading, I believe that is a 1/2" x 87" for a 42" deck.

A 42" should have model number 917.253250

48" deck which are rarer should be 917.253260

The mower to engine drive belt should be a 5/8" x103. I got mine at NAPA, only place I could find one.

AYP part number 3555R and measures about 5/8" x 103".  Gates is a B100

Make sure you do not get a standard auto belt, but a "fractional drive belt" or one designed for motor to gear drive. They are built heavier ( usually with kevlar)and can stand the engagement/dis-engagement forces of clutch or mule drive.

:ditto: Dont go cheap on it as automotive belts will not last.

To the best of my knowledge Napa does not sell any kevlar belts, just FHP and "power rated" belts, both are not designed for clutching drives. Fractional HP belts are fan belts / light duty belts.

NAPA was the only place in town I could find the deck to engine 103" belt, it has lasted so far. I do also engage the mower at a lower rpm and kind of "slip the clutch" on the mule drive to prevent burn spots. May not be correct, but seems to help belts last a little longer.
