That's a pretty cool looking walk behind.  It looks like you came by at the right time.

What is the adoption fee on the JD 140H3?  I have a couple of guys around here that may be interested since they like mine so much.

The 140 is an original Patio tractor that was painted green. It has the original 3 point hitch. power angle blade and two decks and weights. Oh yeah there are two 140's . The other 72  is for parts but is all there and good drive line. The patio 140 starts and runs good I use it to go to the neighbors.

68 production date.  as can bee seen by the 4 legged Deere on the grille. Originally blue and white. original seat base is still on it.  Here are some pics for reference. You can see the white and blue paint under the green.

Who painted it? Me in 1989. I thought all Deere's were suppose to be green. Sold it , Found it, and got it back.

Cost for the 140 was the restore of the sears GT18 I won machine of the month with.  And a 110.

Looks like you've already turned some dirt with the old girl too! That is one fine looking walk-behind. Nice 140 and 322 as well!
