Not a Simplicity, can't quite tell as to the maker, looks complete.

yes its a Simplicity, looks like the one called a "C" model. Its would also be a Wards, since Simp made all the items for them. Funny how these seem to be showing up more often and always out east. I would say its more around the $450 range than the 900 one.
