12hp kohler blew up today while cutting two and a half acres of grass, only made a few passes, so got the deck on the yt16 h ford. Cut for a while, then the drive belt went. Only one left to finish was the mf14. Luckily the grass got finished. Have to get the yt16 h ford repaired by next weekend, or start digging out more lawn mowers. Fun fun fun, Noel.

Sounds like another one of those days where it did not pay to get out of bed. :wallbanging: :wallbanging: :wallbanging: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2:  I have had me fare share of those.

Noel, you really need to break out that JD140 to get things done!

Sounds like my day, spent the morning taking down a 12 year old Maple, then spent the afternoon trying to mow the lawn.

The tree came down OK. But my Stiga articulated tractor threw the drive belt twice before I got the lawn done. Then I had to pull the tank and petcock on the LT75, to clean the crap out of it. That required a new filter and lines to get it going. At least its now moveable so we can take down the other tree next weekend.
