Count us in. I was wondering if anybody was interested, since there wasn't much response from my post. Dad, Caleb and I will be at the show Saturday morning early, and will most likely stay until around 2:00, since Dad wants to be home early. The kids and I were hoping a gathering would work, so we'll be back over around 7:00. Glad to see it's going to work out. I can pick up some sweet corn if you guys want? Nothing better than grilled corn on the cob. I'll pick it up on the way home Saturday afternoon, and have it soaking by the time we get back to the show. Do any of you guys use Old Bay seasoning on your corn? I can easily pick up some hot dog and hamburger buns too. Do you think two packs of each would be enough? As for condiments, just ketchup and mustard or do you guys want relish, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions too? I don't drink alcohol, but I can stop and pick up a case or two of sodas. Pepsi and Coke ok? Just let me know what you want, and I'll get whatever is needed.

I'd bring my grill, but it's not in the best of shape right now. Would most likely fall apart from vibration on the way over.

Oh, don't forget to bring lawn chairs!

Looking forward to our cookout. I just got back from the show grounds. I took four tractors over and we will take two more and the golf cart over when George gets home from work. We will also put the tent up tonight. I took a few pictures of some of the auction items. The auction starts Saturday morning at 8:30.

I checked with my wife and Linda says she will make macaroni salad for the cookout. Troy, that should be enough buns and rolls unless we see a bigger response. There is a country store a mile up the road in case we run short. To make things simple just mustard and ketchup should be fine.

Scott, do you want to pick up a bag of chips and pretzels on your way up through?

I forgot about the store Grand, good thinking! Ketchup and mustard it is then. Do we want the corn or do we feel hot dogs and hamburgers are enough? If I get the corn, how many dozen do you think will be enough, 3-4 dozen?

Looks like I won't be able to make it over there this time. I was hoping to get over at least for a little bit.  :boo_hoo:

Had a great time at the show today, and really enjoyed the meet and greet tonight with the members. It was good talking to all of you, and having a catch up session with some of you that I haven't seen in a while. Hope you guys that traveled some distance, all have a safe trip home, and hope to see you all again next year. The meet and greet was a hit, and it appears that this will be an annual event for us for years to come.

Take Care Guys!

I hope to be back there next year.

Unfortunately, I don't think any pictures exist of George riding George the Donkey....

The rest of my show pictures can be found in this gallery:
