This is what I use to clean the grass off the tractor when I finish cutting the grass.

I leave the engine running, 1/2 throttle and use 1 off these 2 blowers, you can even clean out the engine cooling fins by forcing more air in both ways. As many different directions as I can.

Fast, easy, and it works with wet grass just takes longer.

Lead blower is the handiest tools if you have a shallow crick start the mower with the deck up and slowly drive into it clean the deck great but it dont take much casue the water is sucked up

We're supposed to Clean them?  Once in awhile I hit it with a hose, and have used compressor at times. As to under the deck the grass dries and falls out in big chunks after a mow or two, heh!   I know, acid eating paint and metal not good. When it rusts thru, get new mower then!
