One more thing to worry about-

Just got an email today and saw on tv about ebay. someone stole/hacked ebay passwords. Watch your accounts and reset your passwords.

I don't think they lost any really important (as in financial) information, but primarily phone, mail, and email addresses.  We'll all probably get more spam now.

Thanks eBay.  Another one I owe you.

Got the same thing & changed mine, should change pay pal info too. Regardless of how professional everyone is susceptible to a cyber attack.

Why is this not a major national news story???

It was mentioned on Fox a few days ago

http://www.foxnews.c...y-password-now/

I imagine they were compromised and people got their info stolen, I don't think anyone is ever truthful that when they are hacked they have "no evidence data was stolen"

Had an Email yesterday or Friday and changed my password then. Thankfully I don't have my PayPal linked to my Ebay account.

Changed my password the first day it hit the news, this is exactly why I've never linked my paypal and ebay accounts together. When it comes to paypal I use their security key setup,I log in with my username and password then a screen pops up with a spot to click to send a text to my phone with an ever changing 6 digit security number after entering that number I get access to my account.
