I'd say she doesn't think the tractors are crap.

How was Jacktown, Al ??

I missed it again, but thought it may have been a mudfest considering all the rain that fell on Friday.

Sounds like you had a good time Al. Glad to hear you had company for the show. As soon as the wife asked if you were taking the trailer I hope you said " Yes dear, I'm going out right now to hook it up."

Yesterday after church I asked the wife which she wanted to do ,, " wash porch & patio furniture,,,, go  to  the the firehouse breakfast , go to Jacktown for breakfast"   She said " Jacktown "  so twist my arm and went back for round two lol .

First day bought 2 " should start "   chain saws one needs a fuel cap for $10 ,as I walked around  found another that paid $15 but did have a cap . Of coarse now that I made hillers a few weeks ago for the DB found a set and the middle buster (?)  bought  some files and other little stuff . Day two - bought some tools for my  son and a sickle mower sharpener .  At home I put some gas in the saws and both started but the $15 one not as well , maybe  some SeaFoam will help

I love flea markets. Hard to believe stuff people will sell for cheap because they "don't run" a spark plug and some carb cleaner usually results in a perfectly running engine.

I bought an HS50 Tecumseh for 10 dollars. Guy said it was only good for a boat anchor. Mounted it in my stand in 15 minutes I had it running on the bottle and an hour later it was running on its own

Like with the chain saws you have to take their honesty with a grain of salt , the fellow selling one without the cap  said he used it a few months ago and put the cap on so tight he broke it with channel locks removing the other said it would run and if it didn't would give me my money back ,

I guess if you can't do repairs yourself  you really have no idea what's wrong ,

That goes back to one of my biggest things.  I HATE to buy something new if I can fix what I already have or repurpose what I have to fit my needs.  The world is so full of waste, but I guess if they people drag their stuff to flea markets us fellows that do know how to fix things wouldn't have anything to work on.

It looks like you did pretty well Al.  I'm glad you got a few nice things.  It also sounds like the wife is happy.  Good deal all around.
