Its a wide little thing.  That yellow paint makes me think Great Lakes.

Not much of a picture to go on but I'd agree with a Chief. Looks like a Ueberoth (sp?) eng and they were common on the chiefs.

I believe the engine is a Uebelhor Brothers. I've only seen three of them in the 30+ years that I've been into collecting. I had two and a friend had one. I think both of mine had gear reductions attached. Mine were stolen from me a few years ago.
