My brothers, sister and i decided to have dad's old case plow sandblasted and painted for his birthday.

My grandpa first bought it in the early 80's then let my dad "borrow" it to plow a garden.

We quit using the plow around the early 90's and it has been sitting in the field ever since.

Lately my dad has been saying he wanted to have it painted "someday" and display it near his barn.

So, we asked to borrow it to  plow a garden at my oldest brother's house. But being the sneaky kids we are,

we sent it out to the sandblaster and then the painter :D

We just got it back today, and we plan to have a cookout/ birthday Saturday.. He knows nothing!!

That really turned out great, kudos to you kids for his bday present!

Better make sure he chains it to a tree in the front yard.
